Delete your account

You can delete your MyFrenchie account and its data at any time. You don’t need to install or open the app to find these instructions.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open MyFrenchie and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and associated records are removed from our active systems immediately.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to keep a copy of your records, use Export (available on every plan) before you delete.

If you can’t access the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify the request and complete the deletion without undue delay.

What’s removed, and what may remain

We delete your account and the records you added (pet profiles, logs, photos, Breathing Diary entries). Limited transaction records that Apple, Google, or the law require may be retained by those parties for the period they require; manage your subscription itself in your App Store or Google Play account.
