1. Agreement
By creating an account or using MyFrenchie (“the app”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app. The app is operated by Denislav Ganchev, Sofia, Bulgaria.
2. What MyFrenchie is — and isn’t
MyFrenchie is a health-record tracker and observation journal for French Bulldog owners. It helps you log and organise information about your dog and prepare for vet visits.
MyFrenchie is not a medical or diagnostic device and does not provide veterinary advice. It does not diagnose, screen for, detect, or assess any condition in you or your dog. Reference content in the app is general information, not advice about your individual animal. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to use the app.
4. Subscriptions and billing
MyFrenchie offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium is €3.99/month or €29.99/year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. Prices may vary by region and over time.
Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via our subscription provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — we can’t cancel it for you. Refunds are handled under the applicable app-store policy.
Exporting your records is free on every plan.
5. Your content
The records and photos you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to you so the app can function. We don’t claim ownership of it and we don’t sell it.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe our security, no interfering with other users, and no reverse-engineering except where the law expressly allows it.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, the MyFrenchie name and mascot, and its original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. See section 2 — the app is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information you logged or read in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).
10. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll update the date above and, for material changes, give clearer notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
